Ordering products

After selecting one or more of the fun and useful products from Loco Toko, you automatically come into the shopping cart. In the shopping cart you will see a list of the ordered products, the number of ordered products and the prices. When you want to purchase the products that are in the shopping cart, then you need to click on ”Proceed to Checkout”.
Then you automatically enter the 6 steps where you need to fill in the payment and shipping information. While entering the details you always see a summery of the data entered on the right site of the screen. There is also the possibility to modify the entries.

1 – Checkout method

Existing customers can log in here and then all data is already entered. As an existing customer, you can review your previous order and with one click you can reorder.
New customers can create an account through clicking on "Register". After entering the e-mail address and password you receive a confirmation per e-mail.

2 - Billing information

In this screen you must fill in your contact information. You may also choose to deliver the ordered products to the given address or possibly to a different address.

3 - Shipping information

If you have checked for a different delivery address in de billing information step. Then you should enter the delivery address in this stage.

4 - Shipping method

The shipping costs are shown in the summary of the order, before proceeding the checkout.

5 - Payment information

One of the most important aspects of buying items over the Internet is of course that the security of the payment. All payments made via LocoToko are secure.
You can pay with Loco Toko: Ideal and via Paypal.
If you pay with Ideal, you pay via the internet banking application from your own bank. It is like transfers and payments via internet banking, so familiar and safe. The other option is to pay via PayPal.
In this screen you must choose between one of the options, then go over to the next step.

6 - Order Review

Before you paid through the chosen option, you must check the order.
After receiving the payment we will deliver the order as soon as possible.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with the order, please let us know within 2 weeks, preferably by e-mail to support@locotoko.com.
Returns will not be accepted unless they are received complete, with sufficient postage, as new and in the original packaging within 4 weeks. We will not accept returns sent with insufficient or no postage paid, and returns sent COD. We will be able to process your return on receipt of a statement of valid reasons. To facilitate the settlement, please fill in your details on the back of the invoice and enclose this invoice with your return(s) in strong packaging to:

After approving the return, we will exchange your order as soon as possible or refund the amount of the invoice within 30 days. You are responsible for the postage costs of the returns.
